June is product analytics for B2B SaaS companies.
โ
For this reason, we're focused mostly on the post-signup experience.
The only place where you'll be able to partially use anonymous users is in the funnel. Every other report does not support them.
โ
This means that you will not able to:
Take into account anonymous users in your active users report
Measure interactions with features of anonymous users
Count how many anonymous users came to the product 2 or more times
How to use anonymous users in the funnel
If you have a funnel report and want to track whether anonymous users complete a sequence of steps (like a signup flow) you need to make sure you remove all audience filters.
If you add some audience rules to your funnel, we won't support anonymous users.
Here's an example report with an audience filter:
If your report has some audience rules, anonymous users won't be considered. You need to remove "email does not contain june.so" for the report to take into consideration anonymous users.
