Email notifications in June help you stay on top of your key users, companies or objects.
Setting up an email alert
To set up email alerts for any user, company, or object:
Go to the profile page of the object you want to track (User, Company, Workspace, etc.).
Click the bell icon in the top-right corner.
In the "How to receive the alert" section, choose Email.
In Step 2, enter the email(s) you want the alert sent to. You can add multiple emails—useful if your customers also need the report.
In Step 3, choose how frequently you'd like to receive the alerts:
Daily – Once a day, first thing in the morning
Weekly – Every Monday morning
Monthly – The first day of every month
That’s it! You’ll start receiving updates based on the frequency you selected.
💡 Tips
Want to share these reports with your customers? Just add their email addresses in step 2.
Prefer Slack over email? You can forward emails to a Slack channel by using Slack’s email forward feature.
Managing your alerts
Once you’ve set up some alerts, you’ll find a new Email section under your Integrations tab.
From there, you can:
See all active email alerts
View their current state (enabled or disabled)
Check the last time each alert was sent
Edit or disable alerts directly—without needing to navigate to the object’s page
