Breaking down an event based on its properties is a common use case in product analytics.
You can do this in the Explorer report:
In both cases, you just need to select the event and the property you want to do the breakdown for in the report setup
Add a feature, select an event, then add a property filter:
Select Property for breakdown and change the name of the feature to the properties to get the most out of the report
