How to use saved audiences

Save time by saving a set of filters you use frequently

June lets you save and re-use audiences across the product. Here is how they work.

Save an audience

To save an audience

  1. Go on your user list

  2. Apply the filters you want

  3. Click "save audience" in the right hand side

  4. Give it a name and description

Use an audience

Once you saved an audience, you can re-use them across your reports.

For that head over to a report setup, then:

  1. Open "Audience"

  2. Click the toggle "Audiences"

  3. Pick an audience

☝️ Note: Currently you can add only one audience to a report.

How to edit an audience

Your saved audiences can be found on the People page next to the companies list:

Once you click on Audiences, it will take you to a page with all your saved audiences. To edit the audience:

  1. Open the audience that you wish to edit by clicking on its name from the list of audiences

  2. Click on the "Edit Audience" button on the top-right corner to enter edit mode

  3. Once you are done with the changes, you can click on the "Save Audience" button on the top-right corner to exit edit mode and save the changes

Recommended audiences

Here is a list of recommended audiences:

  • πŸ’© Non gmail users: remove emails that contain "gmail"

  • πŸ‘©β€πŸ’» Non employees: remove emails that contain your domain

  • πŸ”΄ Unhealthy customers: users that didn't trigger your main event in the last 14 days

  • 🟒 Healthy customers: users that trigger more than 10 times your core event in the past 30 days
