"Last seen", how it works
Updated over 2 weeks ago

The "Last Seen" trait is a computed trait that updates automatically every 24 hours by default. It is available at the user, company, and other object levels if they are configured in your workspace.

How It Works

  • The "Last Seen" trait reflects the most recent activity recorded for a user, company, or other tracked object.

  • It is refreshed approximately every 24 hours to ensure it remains up to date. If you seen 'invalid date' and the first seen from a user was performed less than 24 hours, that explains why.

  • If an event was just triggered, you may see the update reflected soon.

Where to view "Last Seen" traits

You can check your computed traits directly in your workspace:

Using "Last Seen" as a filter

The "Last Seen" trait can also be used as a filter to segment users or companies based on their recent activity. This can help you identify engaged users or inactive accounts for further action.
