Sometimes you need to drill down into a specific (set of) customer(s) or company. To do that June offers Users and Companies sections in the left side menu.
In these, you can find everyone who started to use your product (in other words that you identified).
June provides 3 types of filters:
based on user traits - particular attributes that you assigned to your users like email, role, plan, etc. Here's how to add traits to your users
based on company traits - particular attributes that you assigned to your companies. Here's how to add traits to your companies
based on track events and page views - particular behaviour the user took
💡 Pro tip: choose the logical relationship (AND, OR) between the various conditions to nail your selection.
Example 1 - users that opened the setting more than 4 times, logged in more than 11 times, and were manually onboarded
Example 2 - companies with a name where at least one teammate logged in more than 6 times, and for which Segment was connected
User and company behavior
Once you have the list of people who meet your conditions you can look into their behaviours. If you click on a user (or company) you will see all their actions in your product or service.
This is particularly useful for product-led success & sales teams.
